Roaster's Notes
The Chechele Grade 1, natural-processed coffee is a perfect balance of sweet ripe fruit and mild chocolate. Meticulously selected, sorted, processed, dried and roasted, the cup presents a clean and clear cup profile not commonly found in natural-processed coffees.
This is a very unique, fruit-forward cup profile, which we love as a pour-over or a flash brewed ice coffee.
